SHIPPING & RETURNS
We will endeavour to post items the same or the following working day. Please be advised that we are a small family business and not Amazon - please do not be angry if you haven't received an item in 2-3 days - there will be an explanation so please contact us first. We always obtain proof of posting and will do our very best to not only get your items with you as quickly as possible but also to assist if anything gets lost in the post.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a quibble free exchange policy on the Equiblast for 30 days - if you experience a technical issue outside of this time please contact us. There is always a resolution and again, effective communication is key.
We do not offer any returns on digital downloads - if there is an issue with play back or a corrupt file (rare but theoretically could happen) then contact us and we will resend the file.
If you have chosen the wrong genre of music for your horse or have not taken an accurate bpm of each gait this is sadly not our responsibility. We make every effort to help customers to get the ordering process right and are always available to answer queries prior to and following purchase
